Nike appears to be returning the classic Nike Air Force 1 Low Wheat Mocha from 2001 globally next year for a return of one of the most coveted AF1’s to date. The sneaker was mainly for those who had connections or were huge sneakerheads that prided themselves into finding out the news themselves. Mocha Brown detailing is then used on the tongue, heel, and midsole branding while also covering the inner sockliner. A gum midsole and dark outsole then completes the new offering. With no sneaker blogs like JustFreshKicks updating you on release calendars or social media pages making sure you don’t miss drops, many people did not know these Wheat Air Force 1’s were a thing due to them being a Japan exclusive.

Silver accents are added to the side paneling on the Three Stripes branding while a brand new  midsole Adidas Glide 4D is placed underneath in Off-White displaying a fresh design. A coral rubber outsole adds just a bit of color to the silhouette while completing the new offering. Featuring a white primeknit upper, the build arrives similar to the 1.0 design with more of a sock-like fit. High retails, low stock, and bad releases, the new tech left a bad taste in many mouths but adidas has fixed those issues and made the 3D printed shoe accessible to almost everyone.
